Refunds are issued within 5 business days of your email. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Before you buy: Crew runs in the Claude desktop app on a Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or newer) and needs a paid Claude plan, as listed on the product page. Please check these first.

A refund ends your licence to use Crew, so please delete your copy once you've been refunded.
